Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Modules
The MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) is an advanced water treatment technology that combines membrane separation with traditional activated sludge processes. The system features uniquely structured submerged membrane modules placed within an aeration tank. Water undergoes aerobic aeration and biological treatment before being filtered through the membranes and pumped out. The membrane's filtration capability ensures that microorganisms are entirely retained within the bioreactor, achieving complete separation of hydraulic retention and activated sludge.

- Anoxic tank: Provides a space for denitrification, allowing nitrate nitrogen produced during the digestion process to be fully converted into nitrogen gas. It also facilitates the breakdown of large organic molecules into smaller ones through the action of hydrolytic enzymes
- Membrane bioreactor tank: This is where the degradation of organic pollutants and the separation of sludge and water occur. The tank contains microbial colonies, membrane modules, water collection systems, effluent systems, and aeration systems, working together to treat the water efficiently
- Disinfection device: Based on the effluent requirements, the system includes a disinfection device that can automatically control the dosage of disinfectant to ensure the water meets safety standards
