Before partnering with us in October 2021, the client struggled with high discharge volumes and poor water quality due to their reliance on chemical treatments. This resulted in excessive chloride and nitrate levels, and the high costs of both investment and operation were unsustainable.
Our Solution
We implemented a system with 10 main units and 80 electrodes (model ECH4-8), capable of handling 70,000 m³/h. This solution significantly improved the efficiency by increasing the concentration ratio of the circulating water from below 6 times to over 8.5 times, effectively reducing operational costs and improving water quality.
In projects like the 2030mm cold rolling project at Baosteel Guangdong Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Base, we provided essential on-line acid cleaning services for the cold rolling pipelines. Our cleaning solutions ensure that the pipelines operate efficiently and meet the high standards required in the metallurgy industry.
We provided chemical cleaning and coating services for the chilled and cooling water systems at Unisteel Technology. Additionally, we offered ongoing water quality maintenance services to ensure the systems operate smoothly and efficiently, preventing scaling and corrosion, which helps in maintaining optimal performance.
- Each year, we produce 200 rainwater and greywater collection systems, 150 wastewater reuse and treatment systems, 150 water purification systems, 100 swimming pool systems, 1,400 automatic dosing systems, 700 other water treatment systems, and 30,000 tons of water treatment chemicals.
