Automatic Intelligent Control Chemical Dosing System for a Shopping Mall
A commercial shopping mall in Nanjing, China, adopted four sets of ECH-604 Automatic Intelligent Online Chemical Dosing Systems for its water management. This system is built based on national invention patent technology (Patent No.: 200510110131.6) and integrates intelligent online monitoring with automated dosing functions. It precisely manages corrosion, scaling, and microbiological activity in the circulating water systems.
By continuously tracking critical water quality parameters, including conductivity, pH, and Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP), the system's patented algorithm automatically optimizes chemical feed and blowdown cycles.
While ensuring stable water quality, the system achieves over 30% reduction in chemical consumption. This leads to a significant reduction of operating costs, extends equipment service life, and fully aligns with the project’s core objectives of energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and high-efficiency water treatment.

Shanghai SK Tower
To promote water sustainability within the office space, a greywater recycling system was installed at Shanghai SK Tower with a treatment capacity of 15 m³/h. The greywater treatment system collects condensate from the building’s air conditioning units and greywater from restroom washbasins. By treating and reusing this water for non-potable applications, the project significantly improves overall water efficiency throughout the building.
