Reverse Osmosis Equipment
Civil water treatment device for high-purity water production by using RO membrane elements
Imagine turning ordinary tap water into ultra-pure water, free from nearly all impurities. That's what the reverse osmosis (RO) system does. This innovative water treatment system combines multiple technologies such as microfiltration, adsorption, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, UV sterilization, and ultra-purification to achieve this transformation. At its core are the RO membrane elements, which features a filtration precision with pore sizes ranging from 0.0001 to 0.001 microns, delivering an impressive desalination rate of up to 99%.
- Pre-treatment: This stage typically includes a raw water pump, dosing devices, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, and precision filter to prepare the water for the RO process.
- Reverse osmosis: The heart of the system, featuring multi-stage high-pressure pumps, RO membrane elements, membrane housings (pressure vessels), and supporting frames.
- Post-treatment: Final steps such as sterilization, ultrafiltration, and electrodeionization (EDI) to ensure the highest purity levels.
